One hourlong video call per week
Unlimited contact by call or text within hours of 10 am to 5 pm M-F
Unlimited communication over email
Each program will be unique to the individual; however, the base for all programs is uniform in that it involves a simple and practical approach to sustainably losing weight by incorporating natural movements with minimal to no equipment.
Additionally, you will not be asked to make significant or uncomfortable changes to your diet.
While I have worked as a personal trainer for years, there are a few things I don't like about the industry:
Personal Training is Too Expensive
You Do Not Need to See a Trainer Multiple Times Per Week to Change Your Body
and
Weights Are Not Always Necessary and Can Cause Injury
There is no set duration for this program. Pay as you go and cancel whenever.
My goal is to teach you how to train yourself; Not to make you dependent on me for progress.
By not meeting in person, we will be able to save each other a significant amount of time as well.
